• Cardamom essential oil (Elettaria cardamomum): Refreshes, settles the stomach
• Geranium essential oil (Pelargonium graveolens}: Helps purify and support
• Add 2-3 drops to an Ultrasonic Aromatherapy diffuser to help clean the air.
• Add a few drops to your carrier oil of choice and apply to the soles of your feet to help your body in its natural cleansing functions.
